ORLEANS SHOWROOM BURLESQUE SHOWCASE TWO

I believe I just saw a stage chicken named by Dirty Martini and Christopher Wonder. They decided the chicken should be called "Viva" in honor of their show run.

I am pretty honored to be allowed backstage for a story running along side this -
Audrey Deluxe is producing ten shows in four days. With help of course, but that backstage candid footage is going to be so fun! Stay tuned to this website for that.
Between the 2nd and 3rd burlesque showcase, Audrey informed me that she left the stage from the Showroom, went to do a 1 hour 15 min. burlesque bingo gig and returned in time for the curtain call. This is a sprint and a marathon for her. I'm truly amazed. The show went swimmingly.
The line-up for the Burlesque Showcase this year was truly stellar and world-class. The exotic performers and one male circus act (an exercise in magic and absurdity) was pretty mind-blowing. Not a lot of larger props were used, but the dancers who performed used every bit of the huge Orleans stage, and brought each a character not seen in the last. A merriment of ideas, art, beauty, flesh was met with enthusiastic audiences.
Roxi D'Lite (MI), Imodesty Blaze (UK), Cleo Viper (Italy), Peek-a-Boo Pointe and Gal Friday (NY), Angie Pontani (NY), Dirty Martini (NY), and I feel like I'm forgetting someone. Absolutely stunning imaginative acts were seen tonight. The stage boss was the Burlesque Bishop (NY), and he'll also manage the stage for the competition Saturday in the Showroom. Show two of three in a row Viva Las Vegas Burlesque Showcase is very under way. Detroits Roxi Dlite is up next, just saw Audrey Deluxe perform her 'Fembot' baton twirling act. So entertaining.

The car show is about half full of beautiful 1963 or pre, original cars. One of the hot rod drivers showed us some flames from his exhaust. He got those flames really spitting out. I ate a bomb pop while watching. George  is out of Garden Grove, CA.

main ballroom this afternoon.

Car show is half full, in prep for tomorrow.

Met the owner of secrets in lace And 7 other designers.

Lines for vouchers for tonight's show are gone. The line for the 3 burlesque Shows tonight started at 9 am and vouchers were gone by 1230. A lucky 2400 people will see a stellar burlesque line up tonight.

Recovering from yesterday... but starting Viva Weekend with these ladies yesterday? It was priceless. See you around Noon for the Fashion Show in
Orleans Showroom.

24 hr.Vegas Strip Club Opens Day Club "Sapphire Pool", Cinco De Mayo Wknd. 2013

The largest topless strip club in the world just got larger, and it decided to go outside to expand. The club was 70,000 feet before and boasts topless dancers, and an all male review for the ladies in a separate showroom. It even has a comedy and variety show. Several stages, 400 entertainers and open 24 hours, many could ask how that could be improved. Enter the great outdoors. The $8 million day club is pretty swanky. The cabanas are lush and plenty. Comfort? Yes. Completely separate but visible VIP? Yes. On-site grill, tons of shower fountains and also lovely water falls mixed with a full bar and amazing service will obviously be one of the hottest new and lasting clubs in Las Vegas. The 800 capacity pool area will be a go-to spot, especially after the launch they have planned. What sets it apart? Sapphire Comedy Hour - Surprise: A Strip Club with Good Entertainment

I was invited by the headliner to interview him at a new to me comedy show in Vegas. I understood this, it was a comedy show at a strip club. Being an ex-stripper, I liked the idea right away. Little did I know it was star-studded with variety acts and comedians. Awesome. I walked through the strip club. Not just any, it's the largest strip club in the world which also features male strippers. Topless dancers were working to my left as I was escorted by the concierge to the showroom separate from the main floor. The showroom was huge. This is the room that houses the male review at 10pm, but preceding it was the comedy show which is a weekly Friday 8:00pm show.  A local comedian Ricky Byrne (Host of Mood Comedy Dinner Show at the Artisan Hotel Las Vegas) was the feature of the show and started things off with some urban humor.
